The Summer Competition - 20th June 2010

This competition was held at Andover and again the spectators suffered from the cramped conditions. However that did not detract from a good set of results, particularly as there were some big names present.

With four tumblers in four different grades, it was pleasing to see three medals coming home! Katie and Jessica picking up Silvers, Heather a Bronze, and sadly Amy just missing out in fourth place.

With Kayleigh off to university in September, her trio with sister Nikita and Nikki rounded off their partnership with a well deserved Bronze.

Two other pairs coming to an end, Hannah and Boston and Lauren and Jessica both finished in creditable fifth places in their levels.

Emma, Amy and Carys had their first outing at National 2 and, whilst finishing seventh, learned a lot from working at this higher level.

And finally at Grade 3 Pairs, Chloe and Heather picked up a Bronze to complete a total of five medals from nine entries - better than 50% !
